| I like this product and it's helpful as I contemplate my next move. Everyone is different, but I think I'd benefit more from a less is more approach IE/ I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed and when I see a laundry list of 7 different sections featuring the word "AE" it's easy to get lost in the sauce. Very likely a ME problem. Oh, I wonder if some AI integration would be value added. I find a properly furnished agent helpful with data parsing / career decision making and there may be a benefit to keeping that all under one roof here. |

The "When Can I Upgrade" page is pretty spot on, except for accounting for random AE anomalies, like the one I was awarded my next category on, but I visit this website multiple times per week just to look at data that would take me weeks if not months to dig through myself.

| This product is amazing and I reference this site as often as I look at Facebook and open time these days - a lot.
I didn't understand the reasoning behind the 1% annual increase in pilots at the time that you implemented it, but the results seem to be broadly valid. I would appreciate a way to either toggle or see raw non-1%-increase results on the seniority progression.
I like to look back 6+ months ago and see what your forecasts were for me, but the only way for me to do that is to take a lot of screenshots every month and then refer back to them. An online way to look back at predicted vs actual category lists or seniority progression would be nice, with some relation of mandated 65 retirements and average vs expected hiring and early retirements.
If you're looking at other features - I currently try to download bid packs and wide reports for categories to get an idea if/when I can get a regular line. It'd be nice to be able to get basic level info on which seniority levels get lines and if they have vacation, CQ, ALPA time, or something else helping them get that line.
It'd also be cool to be able to see what seniority levels are getting what vacation bids.
I recognise all of these depend on people feeding you results and reports so I know they're not necessarily free info to obtain.
Once again, thanks so much for this product - I know it can never be a crystal ball and yet I still find it very useful to manage my expectations for future category moves. |

| My only critique is that on the “When Can I Upgrade?” Page, unless you’re ATL or BOS based, there’s no easy way to see the “Will Hit” date associated with the row way over to the right. I have to keep scrolling left and right with my finger on the screen to keep them straight. Is there anyway to have the seniority number and date float with the rows as you scroll right? Or maybe put a date row with each category? Otherwise, I love the site. |

| I’d say you can quickly and easily plus up the looks and functionality of the website with little effort or spending a little on help from a web designer and that could help the functionality of it. Right now it screams of self coded html. Which is amazing. I can’t do that anymore. But a little help could make it killer above what it already is. More selections and select ability. Forms. Reports. Organizing data. Quicker updates for you. All of that. Example. The future forecast based on a 1% increase per year doesn’t seem to be editable or hasn’t been updated to allow for the increase in 2026 hiring. |

I’d love to be able to calculate projected seniority while looking at different hiring/retirement metrics via the website, instead of using it as a benchmark while calculating the interest rate(s) externally!

| Two things separate this site from seniority trackers at other carriers: (1) the ability to question/discuss the site with you via facebook is key to feeling like the data is accessible, and (2) the array of tools at our disposal; the multiple AE analyses, when can I upgrade tool, etc. provide a holistic look at seniority that goes beyond simple tracking.
The lone critique I would have is that, occasionally, the data portrays incorrectly or can have slight errors -- this is only mentioned for objectivity, and I would like to highlight and underline that *when errors are pointed out, they are resolved quickly, and with added membership months at no cost* meaning the slight errors do not bother me one iota.
